Quttinirpaaq National Park
July, 2023
Quttinirpaaq National Park is located on the northeastern corner of Ellesmere Island in the Qikiqtaaluk Region of Nunavut, Canada. It is the second most northerly park on Earth after Northeast Greenland National Park. In Inuktitut, Quttinirpaaq means “land at the top of the world”.
Featuring extreme wilderness and isolation, Quttinirpaaq National Park is only 720 kilometers (447 miles) away from the North Pole. A vast Arctic landscape, shimmering icecaps, and wild glacier rivers are something that true nature explorers shouldn’t miss.
